Twice baked potato pizzas

Per potato:
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/4 c shredded cheese
1/4 tsp grated parmesan cheese
Oven bake however many potatoes wanted; cut in half and scoop out insides.
Mash the insides with the pizza sauce and parmesan.
Put half of the cheese in the potato skin, then refill the skin with the potato.
Cover with the rest of the cheese & bake on top rack at 350 until cheese starts browning.
