Tater-Tot Casserole

1. Bake one bag of tater tots as directed
*This cuts tater-tot casserole bake time down.
2. Brown one pound hamburger
*You can also use ground turkey
as it is cheaper and less greasy...don't tell them; they'll never know.
IN A SEPARATE BOWL
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup with a little milk; you can use one can or two depending on how you like it.
4. Add shredded colby jack cheese (about 1 cup)
*I mix some into the casserole then
use the rest on top.
5. Mushrooms (canned or fresh...your choice)
6. Mix the cooked hambuger into the soup and cheese mix in the bowl
7. Pour everything from the bowl ont the tater-tots
8.Top with cheese
Bake until the cheese melts
