Skillet Better Cheddar Potatoes

5-6 red skinned potatoes washed and cut cup with skins on.
1 stick butter
1 onion
Skillet
Water
Brown Sugar
Johnsonville Better Cheddars- 1package
Melt a stick of butter in skillet and onion and cook until soft approx. 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cover with water. Cook until tender. Slice Better Cheddars to potatoes. Add about 1/4 cup brown sugar and simmer until slightly thickened and meat is hot throughout. Enjoy; these are the best meat and potato dish i have ever eaten
