Single Dads Favorite Potato Recipe
This is my favorite way to cook potatoes. Keep in mind, I am a single dad with very limited experience in the kitchen and limited time, or desire, to learn.
I have no idea how to write a recipe but I can sure describe how I make a meal that is enjoyed by the whole family, out of potatoes and soup.
Boil about ten cleaned and cut up potatoes in water until tender. Drain the water and put the potatoes into a casserole dish. Stir in one can of cream of mushroom soup. Adding a little water to the can, and stirring that in also, will help to empty the can and add moisture to the dish.
Add one can of cheese soup and smooth over the top of the potatoes and soup mix.
Place in the oven at about 300 - 350 for 10-15 minutes and you have a delicious meal.
