Roasted Greek Potatoes Recipe

Greek Roasted Potatoes 6 to 8 large potatoes
1 cup olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
paprika
Peel and quarter the potatoes and place them in a roasting pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are soft. Uncover and cook at 400
degrees until potatoes are crispy.
