Ingredients

2 Large potatoes
10 Roasted red chilies
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Tamarind, the size of a lemon
3 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
Oil, for cooking

Directions

Cut potatoes into small cubes.
Add salt and fry cubed potatoes in the oil.

Grind the remaining ingredients into a smooth paste, adding a little water. Boil/simmer the paste until heated through. Add the chili paste to the fried potatoes and serve.
