Philly Cheese Steak Potato

by Jennifer E.
(Ohio)

Philly Cheese Steak Potato

Philly Cheese Steak Potato

Bake potatoes for 1 hr or until tender when pierced with fork.

Cook very thinly sliced steak to your desire. Cut steak in small pieces.

Sautee onion and mushroom and add to steak.

Cut potatoe open and put butter and White american or provolone cheese in it.

Top potato with steak and another layer of cheese.

You can add green peppers if you like but I prefer it with just the onion and the mushroom.

It reminds me more of a "Original Philly Steak" I used to eat when I was in Philadelphia!
