orange bacon sweet potato

Boil three large peeled and cut into small blocks sweet potatoes until just soft. Remove from stove but leave in pot to keep hot.
Fry one onion in in two desertspoons of oil until just golden and remove.
Add 1 cup of shredded bacon in the same pan and fry until crisp; if too dry add a bit more oil.
Mix all together put back on stove and add salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of orange and serve hot.
