Navajo Reservation Potatoes

1. In a skillet fry some sliced potatoes, with skin or without.
2. Add Canola oil, 2 tablespoons or more depending on how much you're making.
3. Add diced spam and cook till potatoes are soft.
4. Add some salt on top and eat up :)
You may also eat it with bread, tastes good all around, great for a very quick meal and for low budget families.
Simple and easy to prepare, cook, and eat.
