Herb Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes
2 grilled hot dogs or sausage
4 tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup chives
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. dill
3 or 4 tbsp. fresh
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Place potatoes in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer 20 – 25 minutes until tender when pierced with a knife. Drain.
Let potatoes cool for ten minutes or until cool to touch. Cut into quarters. Set potatoes aside, follow instructions on hot dog packet or sausage label for grilling and cut them into bite-sized pieces and mix with potatoes.
Make sure potatoes have cooled. Add olive oil, herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
