Ham and Cheese Baked Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
6 large Russet or Idaho potatoes
Strips of cooked ham
Shredd cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Scrub potatoes and pat dry
Pierce the skin of each potato with a fork.
Place potatoes on center oven rack.
Bake for about 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Top potatoes with strips of cooked ham. Add a little Dijon-style mustard, if desired. Sprinkle with shredded or sliced Swiss cheese and microwave until cheese melts.
Serve immediately
