French onion potato bake

5 potatoes
1 leek
300 g diced bacon or ham
400 mls cream
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 tbsp butter.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Bake potaoes with skin on in microwave until tender.
Slice into 5 mm slices.
Slice leek and and fry in butter with bacon if being used until soft.
In buttered dish layer poatoes and leek and bacon or ham.
Combine cream and soup mix.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake in oven for approximately 30 mins until golden on top.
