Don't know what to call this -- Onion baked potatoes?

This is very flavourful and yummy and healthy without adding calories or irritating delicate digestions with fats.
- Preheat the oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Scrub the potatoes well.
- Slice the potatoes into roughly quarter-inch slices.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with Celtic Sea Salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary and thyme. I also put in fresh parsley, and I sometimes add garlic.
- Chop up lots and lots of onions into little bits.
- Put the potatoes, smothered in onion into a baking dish lined with non-stick cooking parchment paper, cover, and bake in the oven until the potatoes are ready. (I don't know exactly how long -- I just keep checking them with a fork. Don't overcook them, though.)
I find the leftovers quite delicious cold the next day too! :-)
