Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients:
*4 medium sized potatoes
*2 cloves garlic
*salt and pepper to taste
* 1=75ml tub of thick cream
*1 Tbs dried chives
*mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Peel and slice the potatoes slightly thin. Boil for 5-7 minutes or until half cooked.
Drain potatoes. Meanwhile, place the potatoes in an oven proof squared tray/dish.
Crush the garlic; add cream over the garlic; mix in salt, pepper and chives.
Mix and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes on medium or until cheese is browned in colour.
Garnish with chives or green onions.
Note: you can also pan fry the potatoes and also add thinly sliced onions while frying.
