Chili Baked Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
6 large Russet or Idaho potatoes
Leftover or canned chili for topping
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Scrub potatoes and pat dry
Pierce the skin of each potato with a fork.
Place potatoes on center oven rack.
Bake for about 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Top potatoes with chili, sour cream and cheese.
Serve immediately
