Best BBQ Stuffed Baked Potato Recipe

My roommate loves baked potatoes, well, really potatoes of all types, but this is her hands down favorite baked potato recipe.

Basically she uses Yukon gold potatoes - large and bakes them until they're done.

Then she adds her favorite pulled BBQ pork (about 3 or 4 ounces worth), a handful or so of sharp cheddar cheese, butter, S & P, and even a squirt of her favorite BBQ sauce.

After she's stirred it all up, she'll be in BBQ heaven for at least 5-10 minutes.
