Cookware Reviews of Analon's Features
Analon cookware, made from durable, quality materials, such as copper, bronze, and stainless steel, offers non stick cooking surfaces, soft cool handles, and anodized aluminum features, that are sure to enhance your cooking experience.
Pieces are sold separately or in sets, making them easier to afford since items are moderately priced.
Analon Bronze Collection
The Bronze collection of Analon cookware is fancy, durable, and something new and different. The set is affordably priced and comes with every pan you need to properly stock your kitchen. Skillets can get you started with scrambled eggs, sizzling fajitas, or browned meat. Among the pieces in this set are three different size saucepans that can be used for sauces, creams, and boiling along with a large stockpot in which to make fresh soup or corned beef and cabbage. The bronze sauté pan is perfect for vegetables while a wide, deep pan, similar to the skillet is great for cooking an entire meal without using multiple pans, making clean up easy.
Analon Chef Clad
This collection offers an eight quart stockpot complete with cover and made from non-reactive stainless steel. Its aluminum core evenly distributes heat, making this pot great for dishes that need to be braised in the oven or gently simmered over the stove. Another piece in this collection is the deep skillet, which is highly functional and spacious. You can make fried pork chops, stir fry, or a meat and pasta dish without the mess caused from splashing liquids. The covered casserole pot can be used on top of the stove or in the oven and has plenty of room for multiple ingredients or large one-pot meal. A tight fitting lid helps to maintain flavor and prevents food from becoming dry. Broiler safe and great for roasts or slow cooking, the Dutch oven allows you to cook on the stove and then transfer your dish directly into the oven. Finally, the saucepan with spout makes serving up liquids or melted chocolates easy as this piece of Analon cookware is seamless, a quality that reduces drips and spills.
Analon Ultra Clad
The Analon cookware in this set is non-stick, making the skillet ideal for steaks since they won’t burn. It’s also great for flipping individual pancakes and omelet’s as it is small and light in comparison to some of the other pieces in this collection. Another unique piece in the Ultra Clad set is the saucier, a pan created specifically for creating and cooking sauces, as the name implies. The design of the pan allows you to whisk and pool liquids, reducing the risk of burning and sticking. In addition to these individual pieces, this collection also includes a casserole and stock pot, a Dutch oven, a saucepan, and covered skillet. Individually, these pieces may be considered by some to be a bit pricey, but as a set they are much more affordable.
Analon Copper
The copper in this collection adds durability to the bottom of the cookware and helps to prevent burning and discoloration while the stainless steel sides provide a clean, modern, and neutral look. This combination also increases heat and creates resistance to scratches from the use of metal utensils. Double full, stainless steel caps are used on all of the lids, aiding in heat distribution and the cookware is oven safe up to 500 degrees. This collection includes all of the same pieces as the other sets, as well as a pot with an extended, or helper, handle.
All of the Analon cookware items are long lasting, dishwasher safe, and come with a limited lifetime warranty. The prices vary by retail location and some pieces are not sold in the box set.
